Alliance Research
Alliance Research has been completely reworked. No more prototypes, and the system now benefits every member of the alliance.
Previously, Alliance Research was not very rewarding for top players. The new system is designed to be simpler, fairer, and more useful for everyone.
Any alliance with 2 or more members will now automatically receive a research bonus to planetary research output.
Your bonus is determined by two factors:
Total empire population
Number of alliance members
Smaller empires benefit the most from Alliance Research, especially as more players join the alliance, up to 6 members.

Arena Victory Changes
Alliances can now win the Arena by controlling 70% of the total population within the Arena.
Solo victories are still possible, but they will now be significantly more challenging to achieve.

Wiki Update
The Ferion Wiki has received a major update with expanded information on game mechanics, systems, and features.
The wiki is now also linked directly from within the game, making it much easier to quickly look up information while playing.
Chat Update
The in-game chat has received several new quality-of-life improvements:
Edit your messages for up to 15 minutes after sending them
React to any message with emotes
See when the other player is currently typing a message

Authority Updates
The Ferion planet will now always begin at 100% loyalty after being settled or captured.
Toxic worlds now start with lower loyalty and require more Authority.
Paradise worlds require less Authority and are easier to control.
Advanced Colonization Pod Update
The Advanced Colonization Pod has been drastically slimmed down, with its mass reduced from 250 to 70.
It now fits comfortably inside a Large frame alongside a 6-speed Impulse Control Plasma Drive and a scanner, while still leaving room for light armor or shields.
And of course, plenty of bug fixes as well.
