Nebulae Updates
Each nebula now has a hidden ability. You will first need to fly to the nebula to see what effect it has. Currently there are 5 effects that are explained in https://wiki.ferion.com/nebulae
Authority update
Players now start with 15 authority which they can upgrade over time via technologies to a maximum of 25.
A39 was too strict, this should address that issue.
Portals Update
Based on player feedback, the portals were seen as too powerful. These adjustments should improve that.
cooldown time doubled to 20 weeks
portals now cost 100 credits to maintain
Advanced Colo Pod Update
This advanced settler has been moved down the tech tree a bit and is now available sooner.
Buying with ore
Buying buildings with ore has now become a bit more expensive
